Boreham Wood have completed the signing of Bruno Andrade after the winger turned down a contract offer from Woking.

The 22-year-old made 32 league appearances for the Cards this season, scoring 6 goals and assisting 13 having signed after a successful pre-season trial.

In a club statement on Boreham Wood’s website, Andrade is said to have declined the offer from Woking and manager Luke Garrard soon moved to sign him.

The news will no doubt come as a disappointment to Woking fans, who, despite some inconsistent displays, were generally entertained by the pacey wideman and the contribution his provided to the team.

Two of Woking’s most exciting players, John Goddard and Andrade have both moved on in less than a week.
