Woking sign goalkeeper Poke

Michael Poke becomes Garry Hill’s third summer signing after being released by Eastleigh.

The 30-year-old will be remembered by some Woking fans having signed on loan in 2006 from Southampton, making four appearances.

He had loan spells with National League rivals Torquay United before he was released by Southampton in 2010.

Poke signed for Brighton & Hove Albion the following season, before signing permanently for Torquay in 2012 where he made 57 appearances in two years.

Portsmouth signed Poke in 2014 and loaned him to Eastleigh at the beginning of the 2015-16 season. He then signed for Eastleigh in January 2016.
