Right-back Jake Caprice joins Ismail Yakubu, Keiran Murtagh and Joey Jones in re-signing for next season.
The exciting full-back, capable of delivering a wicked cross, is the latest to commit for another season.
Caprice, 23, joined the Cards from league rivals Lincoln City last season and went on to make 49 appearances, scoring once.
His pace and trickery provides another outlet of attack and Woking fans will be pleased with this news.
